Banking Veteran Enters Third Year of Improving Financial Institutions' Bottom Lines

A 25-year veteran of the banking industry finds himself in high demand as he finishes his second year working with Richmond, VA-based Strategic Risk Associates

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, UNITED STATES, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — As the rate of bank consolidations refuse to slow, financial institutions need to ensure they have the right skill sets on hand, either on staff or via outside expertise. As a result, a 25-year veteran of the banking industry finds himself in high demand as he finishes his second year working with Richmond, Virginia-based Strategic Risk Associates (SRA.)

Ray Santelli, Managing Director of Credit Advisory Services for SRA, says he has provided a wide variety of solutions to financial institutions over the past year, particularly by servicing problem asset accounts on a fractional basis. He has leveraged his quarter-century of experience in community banking, commercial lending, and special assets to provide cost effective problem asset solutions to his client banks.

"The primary result of the Great Recession, persistently low interest rates and enhanced banking regulations has been consolidation, and we're continuing to experience this in 2018," said Santelli. "When banks consolidate, there is typically a disturbance in staffing, and that leaves gaps in critical functions such as asset resolution."

An overview of the services that Santelli has provided for clients in the past year includes problem loan account servicing, implementation of Special Assets Best Practices, and special Assets Committee management.

The pace of consolidation in banking isn't likely to change and will continue to stress banks' human resources, especially special asset management staffing. To discuss your bank's asset resolution needs, please call Ray Santelli at (804) 347-2136.

William Bronchick Nationally Recognized Attorney Explains the Checkbook IRA

William Bronchick Nationally Recognized Attorney Explains the Checkbook IRA for investing in real estate and other non-traditional assets in your IRA.

""Clients can earn substantial returns by investing their IRAs in assets like real estate. They feel that investing in things they have control over makes them feel that their investments are safer".”

— William Bronchick

AURORA, COLORADO, UNITED STATES, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — William Bronchick, nationally recognized attorney and best-selling real estate author, explains the Checkbook IRA for investing in real estate and other non-traditional assets.

With the uncertainty of the market, many investors are using their IRAs to invest in non-traditional assets such as real estate, precious metals, private placements and tax lien certificates. By self-directing their IRA accounts to a boutique custodian, they are permitted to buy assets other than stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETFs. The fees for these types of investments are significantly higher than for buying securities since there are ongoing transactional fees (e.g., monthly checks on a rental property). Further, each transaction requires significant paperwork and can take up to five business days.

Attorney William Bronchick solves these problems with the "checkbook IRA". In addition to helping the client open a self-directed IRA, Mr. Bronchick arranges the account so that the client has full control over the funds for every transaction, making it easier, faster, and considerably less expensive. "Clients can earn substantial returns by investing their IRAs in assets like real estate. They feel that investing in things they have control over makes them feel that their investments are safer", says Bronchick.

William Bronchick has prepared an eye-opening video that explains the entire process on his website at www.bronchicklaw.com.

The video link is https://bronchicklaw.com/checkbook-IRA

This seven-minute video explains, in layman's terms, exactly how a client can set up a checkbook IRA in compliance with IRS rules for investing with IRAs in real estate.

William ("Bill") Bronchick is an attorney admitted to practice before the bars of New York and Colorado with 27 years experience in real estate and business transactions. He is the author of several best-selling real estate investing books, including the go-to book on real estate, "Flipping Properties" (Dearborn 2001). He has been featured by most major media outlets, including CNBC, TIME Magazine, USA Today, Investors Business Daily, the Wall Street Journal Online, FORBES, CNNMoney, and dozens of others. He lives and practices law in Aurora, Colorado.

G-PMC Makes Bold Move Submitting Offer to ISO Certify President Trump's Administration and White House

G-PMC Proposes To ISO Certify The White House

G-PMC is one of the few ISO certification registrars without any ties to infamous accrediting groups linked to foreign nations hostile to American interests

If President Trump wants to drain the swamp, he needs an independent oversight body outside of the State Department and without any ties to the China-led International Accreditation Body (IAF) ”

— Henry Kroger, ABAC Accreditation Program

WASHINGTON, DC, US, May 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — It's no secret that in recent memory the White House has experienced a number of significant leaks. G-PMC hopes to change this with a second-to-none ISO certified program designed to increase standards in this area that would tighten up information security standards. See https://youtu.be/YpghIzKGl_U

Washington DC – It's not hard to be shocked by the amount of sensitive information that seems to be leaked from the White House on a near-daily basis. Most often this paints Donald Trump, the POTUS, and his programs, policies, and strategies in a poor light. Stepping up to try to help is ISO certification experts G-PMC, led by the deeply experienced professional and patriot Daryl Guberman. Mr. Guberman recently announced the nation's most sought after federally recognized ISO registrar G-PMC submitted an ambitious proposal to ISO certify both the POTUS and the White House in a concentrated effort to prevent the trend of information leaks, which could potentially endanger not just the White House's reputation, but even national security.

“I'm familiar with how Washington insiders work and how lax they can be discussing private over a drink with people who have no business being privy to this knowledge,” commented Mr. Guberman, CEO and founder of the Guberman-PMC, LLC. “Our proposal, if put into place, would have a dramatic effect, we are certain, in keeping White House information much more secure.”

According to Mr. Guberman, he has over 30 years of personal experience, with G-PMC having over seven years of work in providing high-quality ISO certification. It's his powerful belief, that history has shown when organizations of all kinds are held to strong ISO certification standards, they operate more efficiently and securely, and the White House is no exception. G-PMC's proposal was delivered to White House staff roughly a year ago, with information now returning that it is being seriously considered.

G-PMC, an ABAC accredited registrar, is one of the few ISO certification bodies without any ties to organizations, or accrediting groups, linked to foreign nations broadly hostile to American interests. This fact clearly points to G-PMC being a logical first candidate should the White House, wisely choose to act on their reoccurring problems regarding standards and practices.

In addition to his work as the CEO of G-PMC, Daryl Guberman also has very keen political insight, often sharing his political positions online and off and is strongly considering running as a Senatorial Candidate in 2022.
