Probiotic with Multiple Strains Supports Immune System & Aids Digestion

Vita Miracle

Vita Miracle Probiotics

Vita Miracle Probiotic

Vita Miracle’s Ultra-70 Probiotic is now helping users with a wide range of benefits, including immune system health and better nutrient absorption.

GILBERT, UNITED STATES, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ultra-70, a recently launched probiotic from Vita Miracle, is now receiving recommendations from many Amazon shoppers because of its wide variety of benefits, the brand reports. The manufacturer mentions that the product's capabilities can be attributed to its careful selection of 15 powerful bacterial strains, each with unique properties to support a healthy body. As a result of its superior performance, Ultra-70 Probiotics recently received the Amazon's Choice badge.

Probiotics are live bacteria that are considered beneficial for body functioning and health. Many probiotics are similar to bacteria that are naturally living in the human body. According to Vita Miracle, they work by changing the composition of the gut bacteria or the metabolic activity of existing bacteria. The good bacteria crowd out the bad in the intestine. This prevents bad bacteria from multiplying and causing infection or inflammation.

"Probiotics help your digestion and enable your body to extract nutrients from your food. Good bacteria may also produce enzymes or proteins that inhibit or even kill harmful bacteria. Specific strains of probiotics also stimulate your immune system. Some bacteria are necessary for hormone production or vitamin (e.g., vitamin K) and nutrient absorption," said a spokesperson from Vita Miracle.

The most effective probiotics include strains of two main species, lactobacillus and bifidobacteria. Lactobacillus is a species of bacteria that produces lactase, the enzyme that breaks down lactose, or milk sugar. These bacteria also produce lactic acid. Lactic acid helps control the population of bad bacteria. It also serves as muscle fuel and increases the body's absorption of minerals. On the other hand, bifidobacteria supports the immune system, limits the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestine, and helps in breaking down lactose into nutrients.

The company says that all 15 strains present in Vita Miracle's probiotics for women and men belong to the species lactobacillus and bifidobacteria. To ensure high product stability, only the strains with high heat-resistance have been selected. The product also delivers 70 billion colony forming units (CFU) per serving, making it one of the most potent probiotics on the market. The product is manufactured using non-GMO gluten-free ingredients and does not contain binders, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, shellfish, additives, or preservatives.

Those interested in learning more about Vita Miracle's Ultra-70 probiotic supplement should visit the company's official website or Amazon storefront.

Westport Big & Tall Finishes its Spring/ Summer 2020 Photoshoot in Jekyll Island, GA

CHARLOTTE, NC, UNITED STATES, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — As October draws to a close and the Holiday season approaches, Westport completes yet another successful catalog photoshoot. This time, the Westport creative team chose a completely new location to be featured in the Spring and Summer 2020 catalogs – the historic Jekyll Island Club on the Georgia coast.

Originally opened in 1888, the Jekyll Island Clubhouse and its surrounding properties thrived in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as an ultra-exclusive social club for the country’s wealthy elite. The families of business magnates such as J.P. Morgan and John D. Rockefeller, as well as the Vanderbilt family, were all prominent members during the club’s heyday. Jekyll Island was also where draft legislation for the creation of the U.S. Federal Reserve system was written in 1910. After the Great Depression and World War II, membership rates began to decline and the club fell into decline. When the state of Georgia bought Jekyll Island in 1947, the club became open to the public as a hotel.

Even today, the Jekyll Island Club and its surroundings seem lost in time, evoking the old-money look and feel of its Gilded Age origins. The clubhouse is done in a Queen Anne revival architectural style that was popular at the time, and features a prominent single tower topped by a flagpole. A well-manicured front lawn features a croquet course, and many sprawling Southern live oak trees dot the grounds, all draped in Spanish moss.

The striking scenery provides a perfect backdrop for Westport’s catalog, which the creative team made good use of during the photoshoot. Along with the iconic clubhouse and its annex, numerous other historic buildings on the hotel grounds were used in Westport’s photography. The Crane Cottage, first built in 1918, is done in a charming Mediterranean Revival style, with an open air courtyard and a central fountain. The exterior of the San Souci apartments, one of which was owned by J.P. Morgan himself, were also featured in several shots.

Westport’s creative team also scouted for other notable sites around the island itself that they could use as a backdrop. The South Dunes picnic area, a beach on the ocean side of the island, made for a few great scenes with its sandy shores and thickets of sea oats. The boats docked at the Jekyll island marina were also featured prominently in a few lifestyle shots.

After an extremely busy week of photography, the Westport team finally had the imagery it needed for its high-end menswear catalog, with the first Spring catalogs due to hit homes in early February 2020.

Westport Big & Tall works to provide high-caliber, stylistically relevant, and aesthetically appealing menswear to big and tall customers with discerning tastes. The Holiday 2019 menswear collection is now available to view and purchase on Westport Big & Tall’s website. Please also visit Westport’s Facebook page, Youtube channel, and Instagram for exclusive content and behind-the-scenes footage, or read the Westport Big & Tall Blog for specialized knowledge and articles pertaining directly to dressing the big and tall gentleman.

Mori of Norway announces that its nappy cream and baby oil remain in compliance with Europe’s COSMOS Organic certification issued by Ecocert Greenlife.

As parents, we want to give the best to our children, and the fact that the products are certified organic is a quality stamp that secures a safe and reliable product for the ones we love so much.”

— Sissel Skjerdal

AURLAND, NORWAY, November 13, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Mori of Norway, a company specializing in skin care products, is pleased to report that its baby care products remain in compliance with COSMOS Organic Certification requirements. The company says that maintaining these standards on every product is critical, including its nappy cream and baby oil, that according to the brand can also be used as a massage oil. The 2019 certification was issued after an external audit was completed by Anne Hansen from Ecocert Greenlife.

Spokesperson and CEO of Mori, Sissel Skjerdal, says, "We are very happy that our baby care products are COSMOS Organic Certified. As parents, we want to give the best to our children, and the fact that the products are certified organic is a quality stamp that secures a safe and reliable product for the ones we love so much."

The COSMOS certification label ensures customers that the products meet Europe's COSMOS standards for organic items. The standard covers all aspects of the sourcing, manufacturing, marketing and control of cosmetic products. Some of the requirements include using naturally sourced ingredients, processes that must use green chemistry, ingredients that must comply with hygienic standards and use minimal packaging that is environmentally friendly.

Organic, naturally sourced and environmentally friendly products are currently trending and becoming increasingly important to consumers. Mori of Norway has created baby care products that meet these trends, making its products safe and reliable, according to the brand.

Those interested in Mori of Norway's full line of baby care products should visit the company's official website or Amazon storefront.

New “Fight For Kids” Site Launched to Inform Parents and Protect Children from Documented Psychotropic Drug Risks

Our ‘Fight For Kids: Childhood is Not a Mental Disorder’ campaign is aimed at protecting children and families, including providing free information.”

— Frederick Shaw, a spokesperson for CCHR International

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The innovative website resource for parents faced with children labeled with a “mental” or “learning disorder,” provides them with facts about adverse effects of treatments being recommended to minors. Recognizing that parents and other caregivers often have to sift through considerable misinformation about mental health treatment to get facts about potential risks, the “Fight for Kids” (FFK) website, produced by the mental health watchdog Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR), has streamlined this, providing a definitive resource that cuts to the chase when it comes to drug and other treatment damaging effects.

The FFK site is aimed at helping parents and caregivers access information to be able to make educated choices about a child’s healthcare needs—a “Know Your Rights” and Informed Consent platform that includes:

• How the disorders children are labeled with differ from medical diagnoses and practices;
• The psychotropic drugs most recommended and their side effects, some of which are highly addictive, leading to drug dependence;
• Statistics on psychiatric drug use;
• Legislation or legal safeguards that parents need to know in order to protect their children from forced psychiatric or psychological treatment; and
• The dangers of electroshock treatment that can be administered to children when the drugs “fail,” even to those aged five and younger, and why it should be banned.

Frederick Shaw, a spokesperson for CCHR International and former Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputy, who organized the Sheriff’s Youth Athletic League, says the site is also a resource for policy makers, educators and pediatricians and other family doctors concerned about the fact that in the millions of children and adolescents are recklessly prescribed potentially injurious psychotropic drugs.

FFK cites statistics from IQvia, a healthcare data source, revealing the breakdown of the 7,213,599 kids 0-17 year olds in the U.S. on psychiatric drugs:

0-1 Years 125,361
2-3 Years 202,319
4-5 Years 306,079
6-12 Years 3,259,955
13-17 Years 3,419,633

Of these:

• 3,655,472 were prescribed stimulants to treat “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder”;
• 2,100,315 prescribed antidepressants, despite Food and Drug Administration Black Box warnings that the drugs may induce suicidal reactions;
• 1,194,805 prescribed antipsychotics; and
• 1,445,509 given anti-anxiety (sedative hypnotic) drugs

CCHR International says the drugs are being prescribed like candy, despite many of them scheduled by the Drug Enforcement Administration as high risk for abuse and addiction. The group says the FFK website is necessary because few parents know that psychiatric drugs are not like general medicine prescribed to treat physical diseases. There are no physical tests to confirm a psychiatric diagnosis which is based largely upon non-medical opinions about behavior.

Parents are not fully informed of drug risks, nor advised of non-harmful, medical and educational alternatives to address problems of attention, mood and behavior that won’t damage the developing brains and bodies of their children, CCHR says.

“Our ‘Fight For Kids: Childhood is Not a Mental Disorder’ campaign is aimed at protecting children and families, including providing free information through our website fightforkids.org,” Shaw added.

CCHR urges readers to support its Fight For Kids campaign. CCHR International has helped to obtain many of the laws cited on the website. You will be helping parents get the facts, know their rights, and most importantly, protect their children from harm, while also helping effect societal change in how we treat our children. About CCHR: Initially established by the Church of Scientology and renowned psychiatrist Dr. Thomas Szasz in 1969, CCHR’s mission is to eradicate abuses committed under the guise of mental health and enact patient and consumer protections. L. All in the name of ‘mental health,’” he wrote in March 1969. For more information visit www.cchrflorida.org or call 727-442-8820.

Vincentric Announces 2020 Best CPO Value in America™ Awards: Ford, Subaru and Lexus Take Top Honors

Vincentric 2020 Best CPO Value in America Logo

7th annual awards use rigorous statistical analysis to show consumers which certified pre-owned vehicles provide the best value for their money.

Our awards take the guess-work out of shopping for certified pre-owned vehicles.”

— David Wurster, Vincentric President

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, UNITED STATES, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The 7th annual Vincentric Best Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Value in America™ Awards were announced today, with Ford leading the way with six model-level awards. Subaru and Lexus also showed strong CPO value with four model-level awards each.

The best in class performance by Ford Vans earned them the Best CPO Value brand award in the Van category for the fourth consecutive year, while the strong showing by Subaru earned them top honors in both the Passenger Car and SUV/Crossover categories. Lexus took home the Luxury Car brand award for the third time, and Ram won the Truck category brand award for the second year in a row. Volvo rounded out the brand award winners in the Luxury SUV/Crossover category.

Other brands with multiple model-level victories included Audi with three awards, while Ram, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan showed their strength in the certified pre-owned market with two awards each.

“The Vincentric Best CPO Value in America Awards use a rigorous statistical analysis to determine cost of ownership for competing vehicles,” said Vincentric President, David Wurster. “Our awards take the guess-work out of shopping for certified pre-owned vehicles by clearly showing consumers which models provide the best value for their money in a variety of segments.”

To determine the 2020 Vincentric Best CPO Value in America™ Award winners, Vincentric conducted a statistical analysis to reveal which vehicles had lower than expected ownership costs given their market segment and price. Vincentric analyzed over 15,000 vehicle configurations using eight cost factors: depreciation, fees & taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity cost, and repairs. The costs were measured after incorporating the specific CPO warranty offered by the manufacturer while also applying mileage requirements necessary to be authorized as an OEM CPO vehicle. Each CPO vehicle was evaluated in all 50 states plus Washington DC, with the assumption that each would be driven 15,000 miles annually over five years.

Further information regarding the 2020 Vincentric Best CPO Value in America™ Awards and methodology is available at www.vincentric.com.

Stephen Odzer – a Businessman Who Balances Philanthropy, Family, and Business

HENDERSON, NV, UNITED STATES, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — As the CEO of the new YBT Industries of Henderson, NV, Stephen Odzer is a man who appears to be able to do it all. Although YBT Industries is a new business in the landscape of distribution, Stephen Odzer has over 30 years of experience in the industry. His new business venture is the result of a lifetime of experience many trials and errors throughout the years.

Stephen Odzer had his humble beginnings in entrepreneurship when he was very young. “I started my first company at age 18 out of my parents’ basement,” He explains. It was his education that propelled him in the right direction. He learned determination and responsibility from the people he encountered, “I went to Yeshiva of Flatbush High School and then to the Brooklyn College Scholars program,” he says.”

Stephen Odzer continued to work hard and challenged every obstacle. In 2000, his hard work paid off, “I was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 in the area of distribution,” he says. 30 years later, instead of thinking about retirement, Stephen Odzer formed a new company.

During all those years he spent building his business, Stephen Odzer also raised a large family. “I have seven kids and nine grandkids,” he proudly says they keep him on his toes. When he is around his grandkids, there is never a dull moment. Aside from chasing after his grandkids at home, Stephen Odzer also stays connected to his extended family. “I also have many family members living in Israel,” Stephen says. His extended family is quite important to him. In fact, everyone came together to honor his cousin, Nachshon Wachsman, on the 25th anniversary of his kidnapping and murder.

Stephen Odzer’s extended family is a large motivator for his philanthropic work. Stephen says, “I am a large supporter of both Jewish and non-Jewish causes.” Stephen Odzer also advocates for Arab-Jewish business cooperation. He is also a large supporter of Bris Avrohom, a large non-profit that helps Jewish immigrants from Russia integrate into life in the U.S. and continue to foster their religious traditions. Some of the non-Jewish causes he supports include the AHRC, a non-profit that benefits individuals and children suffering from intellectual disabilities.

Even with all of the work he does, Stephen Odzer still has time to spend time on what he loves, sports. Stephen Odzer is also a big fan of the New York Yankees. He will cheer for them when they make the playoffs in 2019. Aside from baseball, Stephen Odzer also likes to follow the Las Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League.

Hawaiian Eye Foundation Training in Myanmar

HEF dedicated Faculty at the Myanmar Eye Conference 2019

MEM Leadership

The leaders of the YEH along with HEF Advisory Board Member Dr. Susan Ruyle and HEF ED Darrah Kauhane

Dr. Allen Eghrari, renowned Cornea SubSpecialist, instructs a group of Ophthalmologists during corneal surgery

The 4th Biennial Eye Meeting is held in Yangon, Myanmar

We are thrilled to continue this ongoing relationship with the Yangon Eye Hospital and the Myanmar Ophthalmology Society. Our partnership grows stronger every year! We feel blessed”

— Darrah Kauhane, Executive Director, HEF

HONOLULU, HAWAII, USA, November 12, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Highly trained and valuably skilled ophthalmologists from across the United States joined together to form a team of 19 volunteers that traveled to Yangon, Myanmar, this past month. The five-day Myanmar Eye Meeting (MEM) was held at the Yangon Eye Hospital, conducted by the Hawaiian Eye Foundation, and sponsored by Alcon, Allergan and Johnson + Johnson, along with American Vision Myanmar. MEM was attended by over 100 Burmese ophthalmology students and practicing ophthalmologists.

This year’s Meeting marked the country’s fourth MEM eye surgical training program since the country’s opening to democracy. A wide range of didactic topics were again included: glaucoma, cataracts, plastics, neuro-ophthalmology, refractive, pediatric, corneal and retinal disorders were covered in lectures, patient consultations, and live surgery demonstrations. Here, over 400 patients were examined and 36 surgeries were done to teach local doctors and assist with their difficult cases. Final follow-up appointments were conducted and confirm that all surgeries were successful. Our world-renowned specialists have done their job once again, while providing valuable education to Burmese ophthalmologists. We thank Drs. Philip Custer, Allen Eghrari, Armin Koestinger, Manchima Makornwattana, Dhanu Meleth, Maryam Najjar, Prem Subramanian, Pham Nhu Vinh Tuyen, and Hoang Chi Tam for their sharing surgical skills and knowledge.

This year, as in the past, we were asked to include hands-on basic skills training workshops for local residents. Topics included retinoscopy, refraction, keratometry, lensometry, tonometry, indirect ophthalmology, gonioscopy, visual fields, pediatric exams and optical coherence tomography. Added into the program was neurological exam and a suture lab, by request of the Burmese doctors. Nearly 40 residents and recent graduates were given one-on-one trainings on these topics thanks to the subspecialty doctors and Drs.Vo Thi Bao Chau, Donovan Reed, Susan Ruyle, Pyae Pyae Thien, along with Ophthalmic Technicians Tracy Cruz and Tramaine Davis. Special thanks to our photographer/videographer, Anthony Minassian, for capturing this incredible event on film to share with the world.

The HEF faculty members traveled to Myanmar at their own expense to donate their time. “We are thrilled to continue this ongoing relationship with the Yangon Eye Hospital and the Myanmar Ophthalmology Society. Our partnership grows stronger every year! We feel blessed to bring together such amazing professionals to share our mutual goals of education and compassionate, quality eye care,” said Darrah Kauhane, Executive Director of Hawaiian Eye Foundation. “The people of Myanmar inspire us to continue to reach out to other SE Asian countries and share this valuable program.” Myanmar has 350 ophthalmologists for all 55 million people. This represents a ratio of one ophthalmologist for 160,000 people, which is one-quarter of the World Health Organization’s target. Thus, the urgent need for ophthalmic training. Because of the event’s success, Hawaiian Eye Foundation was invited to return for MEM-V in 2021. The Foundation’s efforts in Myanmar are amplified by its scholarship programs for SE Asian ophthalmologists and ongoing Vietnamese, Cambodian and Indonesian symposiums. Coming soon to Laos!

The 501(c)(3) non-profit, Hawaiian Eye Foundation (HEF), for 35 years, has worked to ensure that all people have access to eye care. http://hawaiianeyefoundation.org.
